Something I’ve learned the hard way is that by following trends you end up losing yourself… Like, I was so into these “neutral trends” where you would “always have something to wear” that I would forget my style. So today, we’ll forget all about “neutrals” and we’ll see these beautiful and colorful Dominican Republic outfits I bet you’ll love.

Don’t get me wrong, if you love neutrals, that’s okay because that’s your style. However, when I started this journey to find my style, I didn’t realize that those colors made me look pale and like I was sick.

So yes, having neutrals is practical, but what’s the point of them if you don’t look good or (even worse) don’t feel good?

I found this dress on Pinterest and I got obsessed with it! It just gives the perfect Caribbean night vibe and it is great for resorts or just dining out.

I know, all of these outfits are supposed to be colorful, but I’m a firm believer that white is the perfect color for a trip to the Caribbean. I don’t know, it just gives a different tropical feeling.

Okay, but tell me this yellow dress isn’t gorgeous! This is the perfect outfit for a night out at a fancy restaurant by “La Zona Colonial” in Santo Domingo. And, if you’re staying in Punta Cana, just look for the cutest restaurant and make that reservation!

This set comes in about 6 or 7 different colors (if not more) but I just loved how it looks in black. Plus, it’s perfect not only for a trip to the Dominican Republic but also for running errands during the summer. And, if you’re staying at a Villa, it’s just perfect to walk around during the day.

Flowers are always on my top whenever I’m looking for tropical travel outfits. I loved this set, and the best part is that’s from Amazon! It also comes in different styles but I thought this one was just the perfect one.

From the moment I found this dress on Amazon I’ve been in love with it. It’s also a perfect fit no matter where you’re heading to… Is it a villa? perfect. Is it an all-inclusive resort? also perfect. A house by the beach? Name a better outfit.

Let’s not leave fashion aside. Amazon still has a couple of resort-wear outfits that I’m dying to try and show to you. This one is also great and versatile, depending on your destination. Again, great for a party on the beach or just having brunch by the pool. aaaaah! goals.

Left my favorite one for the end! I loved the colors on this set and how this outfit came out is just the perfect look for me. It is great to eat at a fancy restaurant or just to visit fancy places in the Dominican Republic. I can picture it everywhere!
