How to Make a Vision Board for 2025 (that Actually Manifests!)

Hey friend! We’re finally in December! As you may know from previous posts, I love this season. But, besides it being Christmas, I also love that this is the time to plan for the next year! So today, I’m going to walk you through how to make a vision board for 2025.

I love creating vision boards because of the visual aspect of setting goals as a creative person who adores crafting and writing, creating a vision board that manifests is my goal #1 this year.

I’ve learned a lot about vision boarding lately, especially after I discovered Human Design and a podcast called Manifestation Babe. Last year, Kathrin (the host of this podcast) posted an episode talking about some techniques to create a vision board that will manifest everything you want, which left me speechless. And I just couldn’t leave it for myself!

So, today you’ll create a vision board for 2025 with me! Are you ready?

Before starting with my vision board creation, there’s a ritual I love to do. I discovered it on TikTok a couple of months ago and I found it very interesting, and helpful.

First, you’ll take a notebook or some pieces of paper, and start writing at least 10 things you’re grateful for this year. Then you’re going to divide your goals into four main categories: lifestyle, travel, relationships, and wealth.

Under each category, you’ll write every goal you have for 2025 using the present tense. For example, “I am a healthy person” and under that goal, you’ll write down at least 1 thing you can do to achieve that.

Ex: I am a healthy person -> I will run 3-4 times a week and eat healthier.

Finally, divide your goals into quarters! I find it very useful to create goals for Q1 (Jan-Mar), Q2 (Apr-Jun), Q3, (Jul-Sept), and Q4 (Oct-Dec). This way you won’t feel overwhelmed with achieving 20 goals in a year, instead you’ll be focused on 5 goals each quarter (this is an example, it’ll all depend on how many goals you have).

After you’re done with it, go to Pinterest or take your magazines, and let’s get to the creating part!

Note: all the pictures I’ll use are from Pinterest, so credit to all of the amazing creators who own these photos.

Vision Board Making, Step 1: Always put something you’ve already manifested

I don’t know if you’re someone who has manifested something before, but if you have, this is something you must put on your vision board! Kathrin explains that when you do this, you’re more likely to believe anything on that vision board is going to come true.

It’s like giving your brain the proof it’s always looking for to believe some things are true already. You’ll be kinda lying to it because your mind doesn’t know the difference between fiction and reality!

Step 2: Choose photos in 1st person POV.

I know we’re used to using photos that represent the life we want to manifest. In this case, we’ll look for pictures from 1st person’s POV. It’ll look like we’re actually living that life instead of seeing it from the outside.

So, for example, if you want to manifest a car, you have to look for a picture of a hand on the steering wheel of that specific card. If you want to study at a certain university, instead of the logo, use a copy of a university acceptance letter.

Step 3: Don’t get stuck in the visual part of the vision board

I know it sounds crazy. But Dani, it’s a VISION board. I get it!

However, just because it’s a vision board doesn’t mean you have to only put pictures in it! You can use quotes, or letters that someone else already has.

A really good example Kathrin gives is “use words you might hear if you get what you want”. You can add phrases like “Congratulations on your new position!” or “OMG, your new home is so beautiful!”. These will add not only the hearing part but also the feeling part.

Imagine how you’ll feel when these things come true and when you hear these phrases from people around you!

Step 4: Think about your feelings once you get what you’re manifesting

Something she was also explaining, is that if you’re trying to manifest something, feelings are really important.

So, when you’re doing your vision board for 2025 think about how you’ll feel when these things come true. Is your heart full of joy? or maybe is it peace?

This means that whenever you’re looking for a photo, don’t only copy and paste for the sake of it. Take your time curating your pictures, and identify how they make you feel. Because, once we’re done with your vision board we want to feel hopeful and sure things are going to happen!

And this is it! Here’s how to make a vision board for 2025 that actually works!

Don’t forget to check Manifestation Babe’s podcast, so you can get a more detailed explanation of these hacks! And remember to save this post for later so you can come to it whenever you need it!
